News Feed is the constantly updating list of stories in the middle of your home page. News Feed includes status updates, links,
photos, ads, videos,
application activity and likes from people, Pages and groups that you follow on Facebook.
How does News Feed show you?
The stories that show in your
News Feed are influenced by your connections and activity on Facebook. This helps you to see more stories that interest you from friends you interact with the most. The number of comments and likes a post receives and what kind of story it is (ex: status update, photo, video) can also make it more likely to appear in your
News Feed. Sometimes, someone run
Facebook Ads and few ads will appear on
your News Feed. If you don't want see any ads, you can
hide Facebook ads.
